Kim grew up in Stoneham, MA where she continues to reside with her 3 teenage boys. As a child she was first introduced to real estate accompanying her dad, a broker/owner at the time, to open houses and later working in his real estate office in Arlington, MA. Kim began her own venture in the real estate market at the young age of 24 by purchasing a home in Stoneham, MA. Since then she has invested in property in New Hampshire and has flipped multiple houses.

Kim has an MBA from Northeastern University and with her vast experience and knowledge in marketing, finance, sales, project management, public speaking and negotiation, she knows how to successfully close deals.

In addition to residential sales, Kim has a vast knowledge of short sales, investment properties, flips, 1031 exchanges and land development. She definitely knows how to work hard and play hard. When she’s not helping someone buy or sell property, she can be found on a baseball field watching one of her boys play America’s favorite pastime. And if you can believe it, Kim also holds certifications to teach Mathematics, Business, Physical Education and Health & Family Consumer Sciences and is a PE/Wellness teacher in Melrose. No one can figure out how she does it all, but she says the key is not watching TV.
