For Kyle D’Addieco, real estate is “the” family business. He has hands-on experience working alongside his family members, who were builders, as well as several other local construction companies. “I have the first-hand construction knowledge that both sellers and buyers need to consider in their decision-making,” he says. “Everything I’ve learned in the field is very useful when I’m working with clients who are preparing to sell their homes or buy a new one.” Beyond his experience in the construction field, Kyle has also been involved in development projects big and small.

Kyle is a Revere native who currently resides in Malden and understands the local market very well. He is passionate about real estate, and draws on experiences from his own investments to assist his clients. He has experience with foreclosures, short sales, flips, condo conversions, and rental properties. No matter what your circumstances are, he’ll be able to assist you in making the best decisions for your unique situation.

He is a long-time active volunteer with various community organizations. “I like to help people and this is one way for me to reach out and make a difference,” he says. He enjoys getting involved in his community and making a difference in people’s lives, especially his clients!

Before meeting Kyle, we had been in search of a home for almost a year and had nothing to show for it. We met Kyle through City Light Homes and from our first conversation it was clear that Kyle was passionate about his job. He had so many ideas about ways to find us a home in Cambridge, MA, our desired destination to settle our family in. I will never forget our first conversation, because it was clear that he was a “go-getter”. Kyle delivered on his promise to “think outside the box”, and helped us to secure our home even when the odds seemed stacked against us. He had great negotiating skills and was able to help our offer be accepted and favored over an offer that was initially the same as ours. Throughout the entire process of working with Kyle he was professional, easy to talk to, and stayed focused on our priorities. When something was available of interest Kyle was always available to show us the house. Also Kyle was thorough and provided us information about listings that we were interested in. For example, the home we purchased didn’t advertise a yard or parking spot which was a deal breaker for us, but Kyle researched the property because it met all of our other checkboxes and actually found out the yard and parking spot we needed were included on the deed! The best decision we made when we were getting ready to sell our home of 35 years was to select Kyle to be our real estate agent. He was of course professional, knowlegable, detailed, experienced, savvy and well informed about the market but he went way beyond that. He knew how much our home meant to us and all of his advice and suggestions on how we should proceed with getting our home ready for sale showed us that he respected our feelings. Also when we needed to ready our home for sale, Kyle had resource to quality professionals that we could trust to do several jobs, including updating paint, flooring, ect and he managed all the work for us. We were amazed at how quickly Kyle sold our house for us and at a price over what we had imagined.

We could not sell our home for 3 months! After we took it off the market, at least 20 agents called us, but only Kyle put together a plan right away, gave ideas on touch-ups/repairs to get the most money from the home sale, and had a solutions mindset when presented with challenges. Having Kyle and his partner, another amazing agent Mariam made all the difference. They were informative and knowledgeable about laws that protect us as sellers that no other agent informed us about. With their marketing strategy, advice and great contractor recommendations, we had our home on the market quickly and cost-effectively. The open house was very successful and we got $20,000 over asking price with multiple offers! I call them my heroes!
