These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CityLight Realty website (https://citylighthomes.com) (“Site”), as well as the programs, tools, services, and resources provided by CityLight Realty (“CityLight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Accessing or using the Site does not create a brokerage, agency, or client relationship between you and CityLight Realty. A formal relationship is only established through a fully executed agreement with a licensed CityLight Realty agent.

While we strive to provide accurate, current, and reliable information, CityLight Realty does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any content on the Site, including property data, valuations, estimates, or market information. Information may change without notice.

4. Property Information Submitted by Users

When you submit your property address or related details through our Site or forms, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You also agree that:

  • You authorize CityLight Realty to use your submitted address to verify property information through trusted third-party systems (e.g., beds, baths, square footage, tax data, sales history, etc.).
  • You authorize CityLight Realty to share your address with potential buyers within our internal home buyer network, which includes our agents and their clients, for the purpose of evaluating interest or facilitating off-market buyer matches.

Submission of false or misleading information may limit our ability to provide services.

5. BuyerDirect™, EasySell™, and Other Programs

Participation in CityLight Realty programs—including BuyerDirect™, EasySell™, MarketPro™, Elevate™, and Fix&Sell™—may require the acceptance of additional program-specific terms. Any such terms will supplement and govern your use of those services.

6. Third-Party Services and Integrations

CityLight Realty may connect with or link to third-party platforms, websites, tools, or data providers. These services operate independently, and we do not control or assume responsibility for their content, accuracy, policies, or practices.

Your use of any third-party service is at your own discretion and is governed by the respective third-party’s terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, images, logos, branding, videos, icons, and software—is the property of CityLight Realty or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from CityLight Realty.
